Everything You Need To Know
Ordering Information
Our swimwear is made to order, reducing the amount of waste that can be produced during the production process.
Turn-around time is approximately 2-4 weeks. During peak season, lead time may be slightly higher due to increased demand. We do offer rush order options for a small fee if you need it sooner than our standard lead time. Contact us for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of swimwear, all sales are final and returns not accepted. We understand that choosing the correct size is hard. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact me before placing order! If you receive your order and it does not fit, contact us within 72 hours of receipt and an exchange may be available. For eligible exchanges all tags and hygienic liners must be intact and the item unworn. If your return does not meet these requirements it will be declined and returned to you.

We will allow refunds for up to 24 hours after placing an order. Once your order has been started it will be considered final sale.

Fabric Availability
All our fabric is purchased in limited quantities, once a print is sold out it will most likely not be ordered again. If you see a fabric that you cannot live without, Please order before its gone! If we do not have enough of your chosen print to accommodate your order you will be contacted immediately to allow for another selection or receive a full refund.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which takes 2-7 business days with tracking. Shipping times are not guaranteed and subject to Canada Post. Rushed shipping is available for a higher fee, please contact us if you are interested in this service prior to placing your order.
Swimwear Care
Rinse your bikini in clean, cool water after use

Hand wash your bikini using a mild detergent and rinsing thoroughly to remove excess soap.
Do Not Machine Wash

Lay on a towel to dry

To avoid your bikini being stretched, do not wring out or twisting it tightly. Instead, gently blot and squeeze between a towel to remove excess water
